Andrew & Denise are getting married in Malaysia next year to be with their friends and family on their wedding day. Before they travel off to South Asia later this year, this lovely couple got in touch as they were keen to have a pre-wedding photography session in Bristol.
We decided to capture their pre-wedding photography session in and around the area of Clifton in Bristol, which provides many opportunities for beautiful and romantic couple portraits. It’s renowned for having some of the most iconic spots in Bristol, including Brunel’s famous Clifton Suspension Bridge, the Observatory and Bristol Zoo. Grand Georgian townhouses line the streets and crescents of affluent, leafy Clifton and is home to unique boutiques and quirky shops tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy city centre life just a few minutes away.
I met up with Andrew & Denise on a sunny afternoon for their pre-wedding photography session in Bristol. It was so lovely to spend time with them, chat about how they met and discuss their wedding day plans. With such a diverse area to explore, it felt like we had Clifton to ourselves and the beautiful natural light made it ideal for taking portraits. The couple are delighted with the photos we captured together, which makes me a very happy wedding photographer. I’m looking forward to hearing about their wedding day in Malaysia next year and wish them all the best for the future.
A pre-wedding shoot is a great way for us all to get to know each other, ahead of the wedding day. It’s important we build a connection and that you as the couple feel completely at ease and relaxed in front of the camera. This is why I always include a pre-wedding photography session within my wedding photography pricing options. You can also check out more of my pre-wedding photography portfolio here. For more information, please get in touch. I’d be delighted to hear from you.
